LIght pollution from street light on Purcell Road

Hello, the street light on Purcell Road is causing light pollution into the two flats at 92a and 92b Hugh Allen Crescent which border Purcell Road. Neighbours suggested that some sort of baffle could be fitted to reduce this - apparently this has been done further down Purcell Road. Thanks,
