Overgrown verges

Reported via mobile in the Hedges category anonymously at 17:43, Thu 19 September 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

The verges along Banbury Hill, Charlbury, that are located opposite and next to Hundley way cutting are so overgrown you have to walk along a busy road. You also cannot see the traffic when crossing from Hundley way cutting. I have reported this issue before and have been informed this is cut back annually,. These particular verges have not been cut back for a least 5 years or more. The brambles and trees could not have grown back that far in one year, please can they be cut back before a terrible accident happens. These walks are frequently use by dog walkers, ramblers and holiday makers with children. This is dangerous!!
