This street light is permanently on.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The light outside 7 Paddock Close, Benson is permanently on, daytime and night time. During the day this is clearly wasted electricity and at night time it is intrusive to nearby houses. Being a quiet small cul de sac, why does Paddock Close need a street light at night?
