My mum fell over it last thrusday on the 9th of September badly hurt herself black eye and bruise every where

  • I tripped up last week the 12th of September severely bruising my face, both of my knees and hand. My daughter put the wrong date on the original complaint.

  • I recently reported a nasty fall I Had as yet I have no update, the cause of the fall has still not been repaired. My bruises are only just faded, I am now going to seek legal advice. Ref enq 24101703.

  • Thank you for the update. It appears that additional details are needed to fully investigate the matter. Please re-submit your enquiry, ensuring that you include an address or landmark and a photo if possible showing the surroundings, rather than just the floor, we walked up and down the pavement in Cuddesden Way and couldn't find anything that resembled the picture of the floor that you submitted.
