Yew trees growing onto cycle path from private block of flats

The yew trees are growing into the cycle path and one has to cycle in the middle of the cycle path around the corner, which is dangerous.

  • This trees are still growing into the bicycle path, about half way across the cycle path at head height.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
