Unauthorised cement patch blocking

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Someone has put a substance on the footpath at the front of The Green houses that back onto Hundley way blocking the footpath. The foot path is used by residents Royal Mail deliveries and visitors.

  • The cones that were next to the brown residue are still there. I am concerned that the residue may be toxic to wildlife, cat, dogs as well. This is making it difficult to walk past. it.

  • The round mound on the footpath is still there. Its nit cement as it has not completely set. Please would someone come and look as Ive asked before and was concerned there was toxic chemicals?

  • I have noticed that when delivering leaflets that the material used is now running across the public path turning it red and potentially damaging the path and gardens.
