I am sick and tired of reporting this problem. for over a week this van has illegally parked in this position blocking the pavement. My mother is in a wheelchair and this is impassable. More to the point it restricts any passing. The path was relaid with tarmac a short while ago. What a waste of money on the council's part. Just fix the problem otherwise I will
