Fake speed signs

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Signs category anonymously at 17:08, Thu 12 September 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Fake speed signs and notices have been erected displaying a 20mph limit, and some existing 30mph signs have been vandalised (spray painted over with white paint), alongside comments such as "20 is plenty for other villages". The signs are leading to confusing on the legal limit and sudden and excessive braking. Signs seen on heading NE on the Watlington Road from Watlington.
