Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Sign says road closed 20th Sept 3 days on hedgemead, leading to waxes close, how are the residents supposed to leave for work and school run?

  • The planned resurfacing works On Hedgemead and Waxes Close don't involve a total closure. The footpaths will be unaffected and traffic can still get through, although there may be delays along the stretches of road that are being worked on at the time.

  • The enquiry didn't list a defect - the customer was asking about how planned resurfacing work would affect commuters and school runs. I've updated the customer on FMS to say the effect will be minimal.
