Potholes and ridge in road

There is a large ridge one side and potholes the other! The only way to avoid is to drive on the other side of the road which is unsafe! I’ve had a seal repair and a puncture and today a flat tyre due to potholes! Please fix, I drive this road twice daily with children in the car!
