They dont give pedestrian time to cross the road car jump the lights

  • Thank you for your recent report. The operation of the signals has been checked and no issues were found with the alignment or visibility to the signals.
    The crossings have a 7 second invitation to start to cross (Green man time) followed by a 15 second delay to enable pedestrian established on the crossing time to clear the carriageway before a conflicting traffic movement receives a green signal. We are not able to control drivers who decide to run a red signal.
