Roadworks warning signs

With the continuing building works taking place on Abingdon Road as you leave Didcot can someone please take ownership of the placing of the warning signs for the temporary roadworks. Over and over again the traffic lights are being erected but the supposed warning signs are so close to the traffic lights, and just around the bend, that you can actually see the traffic lights before you can see the signs! Quite pointless. Someone must look at the placement of these signs and please use some common sense. It has happened approximately 5 times so far.
