The path has cracked and raised up causing tripping hazard

The pavement along this busy path has cracked and started to raise up along the edge causing a significant height difference and a nearby pot hole, which is leading to many trips by adults and children. It is possibly the nearby tree roots pushing the pavement. This crack has been there for many months but the raised height is significantly worse now and likely to cause nore incidents possibly injury.
