There is a faulty manhole cover opposite 21 Pettiwell

The manhole cover is loose and doesn't fit properly so when a car etc goes over it it makes a thump, which is very audible and unpleasant in our house (21 Pettiwell).

Could you kindly sort it out as its causing my whole family mental trauma. Its impossible to sleep or work just now.
