Please can someone help? This is the second time I have reported the problem and Alice Dimaline (Senior Flood Risk Management Officer) advised me to try again with you. At the bottom of the cul-de-sac (in front of our property) the two drains are blocked so as to be entirely useless. The drains further up the road also appears to be blocked but are uphill of us.

    Again some rainfall, again the street floods. Why has nobody done anything about this? Why is this the third time I have to ask? PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
