Unauthorised sign on the road sign

Reported via desktop anonymously at 10:35, Mon 9 September 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 6 minutes later

This sign restricts the sight line of higher vehicles exiting the A417 which is a busy highway. There are constant delivery vehicles trying to exit onto the busy road and the sign obscures their view of oncoming traffic. I am concerned the sign will result in an accident. The sign has been there for several months.

Council ref: ENQ241016254

  • An A board has now been added which now obstructs the sight line for cars exiting the track . So now it is very difficult for any vehicle exiting the track.
