Developer temp pathway

Housing developers have created a temporary path, they inform me it’s likely to be there a few years. Since day one it’s flooded so not fit for purpose. My son’s school route, and no wheel chair access. It’s stupid. It’s not even winter yet and it’s terrible. The council need to advise the developers to correct the concern. It’s okay for the builders they have welly’s on every day but not the locals. Everyone is now jumping down onto the road and it’s dangerous. Please do not ignore because come winter there will be an accident for sure due to no street lighting in that area
