Manor Road Flooding (again)

After last winter's flooding, I was told that drains/gulleys would be cleared. Some were but others, clearly, weren't. If it's like this now, what will it be like when the aquafer rises and the usual autumn/winter rains come? You could at east put the "FLOOD" signs back up, in anticipation of the Council doing nothing.
