Plants growing through recent pavement dressing

Reported via Android in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 23:49, Saturday 7 September 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

These pavements around Mowbray Road and Green road have in the last 4 weeks been dressed with a covering. It looks like that covering has more fertilizer built in than a bag of compost.

Perhaps the contractor could come back and re dress all the pavements with tarmac rather than fertilizer.
