Road liable to flooding

This is the only pavement along the main pedestrian route from the new development at Red Kite View beside the road into the industrial estate off the Cuxham Road. It has often been flooded in the past and is likely to be flooded regularly over the winter. Any pedestrian using it when a vehicle enters the industrial estate is inevitably drenched. A solution to prevent the flooding is needed urgently, not least because it is frequently used by young families with pushchairs using the only "safe" route into town from the development.

  • Hi, there is a kerbside drain which is blocked and this causes the puddle to form.
