Overgrown bushes on vauxhall barracks walk

From a resident who emailed me at Didcot Town Council "I logged on to fix my street several months ago to report the overgrown bushes on Vauxhall barracks walk but ended up not reporting as several others already had. Many months later the path is still not cleared and in places is almost unpassable (see pic). Can someone please prioritise this path urgently and get this sorted as it has been like this far too long. It needs an industrial strength weedkiller to prevent growth coming back."
