Deep pothole that is very jarring to drive over

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 22:14, Friday 6 September 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

There is a pothole, very close to the T-junction where St Andrews Rd meets Reading Road. As I drive down the hill, towards this junction, it is hard to avoid it and my right wheels bang through it. It is quite deep and causes the car to judder alarmingly, even though I have already slowed right down for the junction. It must affect nearly every car using that junction

  • Here are the photos. One of them has my show for scale. It is really quite big, deep and obvious!

It is about a foot in diameter and about 5cm deep!

Whenever I have accidentally driven into it, there is quite a big bang. It is quite hard to avoid.
