Speeding

Reported via desktop in the Current Roadworks - live information category anonymously at 14:34, Friday 6 September 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hi The west end of Plantation Road has always been a rat run for drivers avoiding Leckford Road, because it is one way, straight, short and with no physical speed restrictions. Since the recent roadworks, this has become much worse. There are many elderly people and children on this road. Could we not have speed ramps, or simply have half the parked cars on opposite sides of the road, to prevent excessive speeding?
