Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Can you send out a road sweeper to the tithe farm / ladygrove estates south Abingdon plus the Drayton rd Abingdon please as these areas haven’t been swept for months and the road edges plus drainage areas are clogged with debris and these are are prone to flooding especially as winter months are approaching, thanks
