Drain fully blocked

Drain outside no.1 also fully blocked with mud / silt. this is at the bottom of the village so all the water that cannot flow into the blocked drains at 17 and 25 pools here (if it has not already flooded other houses on the way). Needs unblocking urgently; thanks!
