Children unable to use safe pavement because of overgrown grass

This regards the pavement within boundary (I suspect) of church car park. The car park is used by (among others) parents for school run at Radley CE Primary School. The grass has not been cut at all this year. This has led to sight issues for motorists at entrance/exit to car park/Church Road. Children are unable to use the pavement within the car park because grass and weeds are too overgrown.
