Road flooded as the drain never drains

Road flooded and causes flooding to number 37. This has been reported numerous times and nothing has been done to fix the problem. When cars drive past the water goes up over the front wall and is causing considerable damage to the wall. The large wave created by passing cars goes into the garage despite having put a rubber seal along the inside edge. This has been going on for years not months and it’s every time it rains.

I live at 2 Croft Road with this being my neighbours front drive. Struggling to park in my allocated space. He had then taken the guest space as he had 2 trailors
