The drains are blocked and the road is flooded with 20 minutes rain and is rising to properties the drains have not been cleaned or the road swept ,this is every year and has not been resolved

    Colwell rd Ox107nt still flooding now with paths flooded the water is going up driveways and down the paths leading to back of house and part flooding back garden areas the soak away in the field the drain is spouting water out and parts of the field flooding

While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
