Road drains blocked on both sides , outside number 1 whitelock road and 8&6 whitelock road
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Road drain badly blocked on both sides of the road water building up and flooding the road and pathways cars not slowing down so water is going everywhere onto the path and into peoples gardens was meant to be fixed last year twice but no one’s come out to fix anything
