Road drains are still badly blocked on both sides of the road near numbers 1, y &8! The water is building up and flooding the road and pathways and cars aren’t slowing down so water is going everywhere onto the path and into peoples gardens! This was meant to be fixed last year twice but no one’s come out to fix anything and it really needs sorting as a matter of urgency as it’s just getting worse as the rain continues as it’s just not draining away at all and the road is starting to resemble a river! It’s ridiculous as we have reported this several times a year since we moved in 4 years ago and absolutely nothing has been done about it! We keep getting updates to say it’s fixed but no one has been out and nothing has been fixed! It is very close to be flooding our garden and if damage is caused to our property due to failure to maintain the drains at all then we will be seeking compensation for the damage to be fixed!!!!

Thank you for reporting the flooding caused by blocked gullies. We are aware of the situation and have initiated a reactive gully cleaning to address the blockage.
