Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cars are being parked on whitehouse road on the pavement and sometimes on the grass verge at the junction with gapway, vans and large vehicles are blocking the view for cars pulling out of gapway This is very dangerous and it’s an accident waiting to happen, A cyclist being knocked off their bike or a pedestrian being struck by a car because of people blocking roads and pavements
