This section of road experienced regular flooding problems over winter but the reports have all been cancelled in an Authority-wide policy.
This problem is caused by lack of maintenance of roadside drainage channels and culverts. The problem will re-occur this winter as no work has been undertaken.
The flooring of this section of road creates hazardous driving conditions. Steps need to be taken to remedy the problems in this area.
