Road poorly coned , kerb out side of coned area

Vehicles including my wife’s car have hit this kerb and caused damage to tyres and wheels. This is dangerously layed out traffic cones. My wife’s car now needs two new tyres and wheels

    Nothing appears to have been done with the cones layout so far , I’d like to point out that the cones are still not tapered off in line with the kerb, I have herd also on social media now others have damaged their cars on this.
