Double yellow lines needed

Hi The top of the road needs double yellow lines on the corner and for a period down valley road . There is currently a white semi circle . Parents form valley road school are parking on the corners . Causing a restriction in sight for cars to come down or up . A accident will happen if there are not double yellow added here
