153 Church Cowley Rd - footway 50% approx. obstructed by foliage overgrowing the highway boundary. Photo shows cyclist on footway (yes illegal) buta pedestrian/elderly/pram would not get by the obstruction...... Stepping into the channel is a highway safety risk.
