Thames Water left thick mud on pavement

Thames Water finished repairing their faulty water meter in front of No.7 yesterday. They left a lot of thick mud on the pavement and roadside, and splashed the outside garden wall of No. 7. This will get disgusting next time it rains. A neighbour who uses a wheelchair is already horrified.
