Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 6 minutes later
The resident of 21 Chiltern Close had a bag of aggregate delivered some weeks ago and has not attempted to remove it from the pavement. The pavement is now blocked and a resident who uses a mobility scooter is unable to get past it. There are no dropped kerbs to enable her to get off the pavement.
