Unsanitary Ladies toilets

Had misfortune to need to use these Ladies toilets- the hand washing facilities worked which was great but the actual toilets are totally disgusting - looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time - absolutely vile. Whole place is unclean. Not a good advert to tourists.
