The tarmac on this bridge has been consistently repaired by simply filling in the holes, this is not working and 2 holes have appeared again making it difficult to avoid as they are a car wheels width apart. Yesterday evening 29/08/24 a female cyclist hit one of the holes which took her off her bike, she was in a real state when I arrived, she needed urgent medical attention, This could have been a lot worse if she was not wearing a helmet, clearly this is now dangerous and is an urgent situation that requires a permanent repair (not just fill a hole in again!)
