Transit Van reg AJ57KPK parked on road outside 18 Herschel Crescent with Electric Hook Up into 18 Herschel Crescent with live cable suspended over public footpath while motor is running and waste water is being released from the van into the gutter and running down the street into the street drain system. This is happening now and been going on for an hour
