Bin obscuring view of vehicles pulling out

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

When trying exit the roads. This bin obscures the view of traffic travelling down towards the junction... especially motorcycles or bicycles... .. the bin needs to be moved back or relocated.
