Poor finish to works

Work was carried out last week, however the tarmac placed on the pavement and the garden to Brackendale is poor and uneven. It has been place in two sections (Pavement first and then garden) however there was no prep work to the garden area and so the tarmac has been compacted however I suspect it will not last.
