Overgrown hedge fully blocking pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedge here now blocks the whole pavement, it is only passable by using the grass verge. This makes it unsuitable for those with pushchairs, wheelchair users and anyone with balance/mobility issues.

The hedge is seriously blocking the pavement as seen by the thread marks on the grass.

The hedge has become overgrown to the point of not being able to walk on the footway.

Thank you for your enquiry, we have investigated and the hedge in question is the responsibility of Sovereign Housing. We have therefore forwarded the details to them and will chase up as required, if there is no action with in an agreed period then OCC will make arrangement for the hedge to be cut back

This was first reported in August, when will some action be taken by OCC to cut the hedge back? It’s a lot worse now
