Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 day, 5 hours, 23 minutes later

I have just sent in a report already.But for got to say my daughter was waiting for about 5 or so minutes. There should be a notification on the lights.God knows how people are expected to cross at such a busy junction.😡
