Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

An elderly neighbour of ours walks in the road as the pavements are too slanted for her. She is struggling to dodge the multiple pot holes along Perrin Street with her zimmer frame. She has to concentrate hard enough on walking let along dodging pot holes. The neighbourhood needs an overhaul really, please.
