Shield not fitted

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A light shield was fitted to this lamppost when the houses where build as per David Wilson instructions. The light was replaced 2 couple years ago and we have this weekend just moved our young son in the front room right next to this light. We have noticed that the shield was not refitted like others in the estate.
