A Give way sign has been partially covered up at one end, and Slow signs are badly worn out ant both ends and partially covered, at both ends in Park St, Charlbury.

This results in some drivers not slowing down, and not giving way to each other, resulting in some drivers going onto the pavement near local residents and a nearby pre school children being taken to and from nursery. It has also led to some angry vocal confrontations and minor scuffles.
