Blocked pavement gulley and road drain

Pavement gulley along the high street is blocked as the metal grate is blocked by small stones and the gulley is full of sediment.

Road drain is full of sediment and vegetation.

When it rains water is splashed onto the pavement by cars (as there is a small drop between the road and pavement) and the gulley is rapidly overwhelmed leading to water through our front door. The pavement gulley is not adequate for the amount of water.
