Severe Flooding - Prospect Place

The stream that passes under Prospect Place is flooding. There seems to be a blockage in the pipe under the road that is causing this. The road is used by cars and pedestrians, including children. It’s no longer passable by pedestrians and the water is causing damage to the road (Prospect Place).
