Loose Highways drainage cover

LOUD CLUNKING NOISE EVERY TIME VEHICLES DRIVE OVER LOOSE DRAINAGE GRILL. This will be the fourth attempt to fix the drainage grid in the roadway between 199 and 201 Headley Way over a period of more than 2 years. However, the 'fixes' are only short term. One repair lasted less than 24 hours! The last attempt was in July this year but the noise has returned. It needs a more radical approach in order to provide a permanent solution. Every time a vehicle goes over the grid there's a dreadful noise that can even be heard from the rear of the property day and night. This will develop into a car/truck hazard if left to get much worse. The grid is embossed Highways.
