Traffic lights not working properly

Traffic lights don’t seem to be working corrrectly Traffic is queuing from traffic light to outside of the village in both direction ( Banbury to Oxford / Oxford to Banbury ) This is a daily event and the lights are going green on the Hampton road and market place side even when there are no cars waiting

  • Thank you for your recent report. An Engineer has attended site and found an intermittent fault with 1 of the junctions vehicle detectors. This may have caused 1 of the side roads to be demanded when not required. A temporary fix has been put in place and we will continue to monitor the junction.
